By accessing and using ZonRaseed, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ZonRaseed for personal or commercial Amazon profit tracking. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using ZonRaseed lawfully and keeping your account and imported business data accurate:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete data when importing CSV files
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Disclaimer

The materials on ZonRaseed are provided on an 'as is' basis. ZonRaseed makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.

Limitations

In no event shall ZonRaseed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ZonRaseed.

Relationship with Amazon

ZonRaseed is an independent service operated by Cairo Circuits and is not owned, endorsed, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon trademarks belong to their respective owners. Seller data is accessed only after authorization through Amazon's official OAuth flow.
