Active accounts
Workspace data is retained while the account is active and needed to provide requested product functions. ZonRaseed does not claim a finalized universal retention schedule until legal review is complete.
Verified deletion requests
Signed-in users can file an MFA-gated deletion request. The request is bound to the server-resolved workspace, audited, and cannot name another tenant from the client.
Beta product analytics
Authenticated session and product-area events are retained for 180 days, then removed. First-touch attribution remains with the account for lifecycle analysis and is removed when the authentication account is deleted.
Backups and legal holds
Backup expiry and any legally required retention depend on the production provider and jurisdiction. They require documented configuration and legal approval; this page does not invent a guarantee.
