Answers to the most common questions about connecting Amazon and reading your profit figures.

Start here: import your settlement report

  1. Open Seller Central, then Reports → Payments.
  2. Choose Reports Repository and select your date range.
  3. Download the report as Flat File V2.
  4. Upload it from the Import Centre inside ZonRaseed.

Task guides

Connect Amazon and recover a stopped sync

Connect from Sync, complete Amazon authorization, then inspect the latest run. Reauthorize when access is revoked; do not paste credentials into support.

Revenue, profit, margin, ACoS and TACoS

Revenue is sales before tracked costs; net profit deducts COGS, Amazon fees, ads, refunds and operating costs. ACoS needs attributed ad sales, while TACoS compares ad spend with total sales.

Complete COGS and understand provisional profit

Add a cost for every sold SKU and import settlements. ZonRaseed marks profit provisional instead of treating a missing cost or fee as zero.

Advertising data and campaign metrics

Connect Amazon Ads when available or import its supported report. Missing attributed sales makes ACoS unavailable; it is never inferred from total store sales.

Stock cover and reorder recommendations

Available stock excludes reserved units. Days of stock use recent velocity; no-demand items keep stockout unknown. Confirm supplier lead time before acting on a fallback recommendation.

Refunds, returns and reimbursements

A refund is a financial event; a physical return is an inventory event. Reimbursements are shown separately so recovered Amazon amounts do not disappear inside revenue.

Reports and data completeness

Choose a period, review completeness warnings, then export. A report with missing costs, exchange rates or settlement evidence remains clearly provisional.

Acknowledge, snooze and resolve alerts

Acknowledge means you saw the alert; snooze hides it temporarily; resolved means the underlying condition recovered. Notification text excludes raw provider errors and secrets.

Team roles and workspace access

Owners and admins manage access; members work with operational data; viewers are read-only. Workspace switching never widens a user's granted memberships.

Billing and subscription access

Manage checkout and invoices through the configured billing portal. A provider configuration problem is shown as unavailable and never as an active paid entitlement.

Security, privacy and account deletion

Use MFA, never share tokens, and report security concerns through the published security contact. Privacy, retention, disconnection and deletion instructions are linked from the Trust Center.

Mobile sign-in, offline data and push

The app restores the encrypted provider session, enforces enrolled MFA and labels cached figures stale while offline. Remote push requires a signed device build and granted permission.

Some inputs have not arrived yet — final Amazon fees come with the settlement report, and a product cost may not be entered. We show the figure immediately rather than withholding it, and state how accurate it is so you know the possible margin of error. Accuracy rises automatically as data arrives.
