Privacy Policy

We collect data you provide or authorize us to retrieve:

• Account information (email, name)
• Amazon and workspace data (products, orders, inventory, financial reports, and expenses)
• CSV files you upload for import
• Feedback you submit
• Sanitized visit source, campaign, first landing path, and device category
• Authenticated product-use events such as session start and product area viewed

Important information about Amazon data:

• We do NOT ask for your Amazon password
• Amazon connection uses the official OAuth authorization flow
• LWA secrets and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage
• We process only the Amazon business reports needed for the features you use
• A source warehouse address is sent to Amazon only when you confirm creation of an FBA inbound plan; ZonRaseed does not retain the full address

Your data is used to:

• Provide profit tracking and analytics
• Generate reports and insights
• Improve the platform based on feedback
• We do not sell your personal or Amazon data
• Measure Beta registration, activation, retention, and campaign effectiveness

Product analytics do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, page content, query strings, or advertising click IDs.

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• Supabase Auth for secure authentication
• Row Level Security (RLS) for data isolation
• Encrypted OAuth token storage
• No secrets stored in frontend code
